Bryan Smith

Company Director

Bryan started Self Loader Logging back in 1987 with Bryan being the only driver and operating his first Self Loading Truck.

Since then he has continued to build the business and company name up ever since.

Bryan is an Excecutive board member on the Log Transport Safety Council and has been for a number of years.

Bryan has of late taken a small step back from the business and is passing over the reigns to Tony our General Manager.

Tony Golebiowski

General Manager

Tony Golebiowski started with us in 2010 is one of our proud long standing team members.

Tony orignally started with us as our dispatcher coming from previous dispatcher/supervisior roles within the transport industry. He then moved into the Operation Managers role and since 2019 has been in the General Manager position.

We’re thankful for the many years of experience and skills Tony brings to the forefront in helping our business grow and evolve.

Jamie Bowmar

Dispatcher

Since joining the team in 2016 Jamie Bowmar has continually demonstrated hard work, dedication and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Starting out as a mechanic in our workshop Jamie quickly became known for his strong skills & work ethic, it wasn't long before he stepped up as a 2IC in the workshop playing a key leadership role & and supporting daily operations.

Jamie has also gained experience behind the wheel driving our logging trucks when required, showing how versitile he is within the company.

Jamie has since taken on the critical role of dispatch starting in this role in 2024. With Jamie's blend of workshop, onroad experience and now dispatch knowledge he brings a well-rounded perspective to the dispatch team ensuring our fleet runs smoothly & efficiently accross every job.

Wayne Parker

Operations Manager

Wayne Parker joined us in 2020 as Operations Manager.

Wayne comes with a good range of experience across many aspects of our business. Panel beater by trade, Wayne owned his own business for 12 years, has worked in insurance as a loss adjuster, and has worked as a heavy crane operator.

In his spare time, Wayne has been involved in motor sport, both car racing and dirt bikes.

Wayne fits well within our team and his range of abilities seems endless. We are very appreciative to have Wayne on the team.

Roy Harris

Health and Safety Manager

Roy Harris has started as our Health and Safety Manager earlier in 2022.

Since joining the team he has brought some great new idea's to the table to get our Health and Safety procedures where they need to be.

Roy has also been a driver for us since May 2021 when we purchased Hill Log Haulage fleet and he had been with them since 2000. We are thankful for all his time spent with both Companies.

We are excited to see where his future within the company grows to.

Monique Murphy

Office Manager

Monique is a returning staff member after originally starting at Self Loader Logging back in 2007.

With over 20 year's experience in accounting & administrative roles Monique brings a strong understanding of all our company systems and expectations. With already being familiar with the company's culture it made for a seamless transition into the office manager role.

Monique is committed to bringing a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and a solutions focused mindset to support the continued success of our company.

Bryan Anglesey

Workshop Manager

Bryan Anglesey has started as out Workshop Manager in early 2022.

Bryan originally worked for Hill Log Haulage and in June 2022 joined the team at Self Loader Logging after the purchase of Hill Log Haulage fleet. Bryan had been with Hill Log Haulage since 2002.

Bryan's performance and long service with both companies quickly moved him to become our workshop manager.

Bryan shows great leadership skills and has a great respect from his team. We look forward to see him grow more within his trade.
